The star, 42, added a black fascinator adorned with pearls, while she added a pop of colour with a bold red lip. 

Hannah's outing comes after she shared a snap cuddling up to fellow islander Anton at the PrettyLittleThing's one-year anniversary party on Thursday.

Their cosy friendship comes amid reports that Anton and Georgia Harrison have split amid weeks of rumours surrounding the decline of their relationship.

An insider told The Sun that the two could not make it work and eventually became 'too much to manage'.

They said: 'Georgia and Anton have split. They really tried hard to make the relationship work but ultimately the distance proved to much to manage.'
